On May 6th, the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) will be issuing a Diversity Challenge to the energy industry. Through the #DiversityChallenge, we hope to start a conversation about what companies and organizations in the energy space are doing to address diversity, equity and inclusion. As part of our broader diversity and inclusion efforts along with The Solar Foundation, we are inviting you to attend an event at the National Press Club where stakeholders will present findings and discuss approaches to actively engage on this important issue. We encourage you to attend and participate, so we can all learn from one another and improve the diversity and inclusion of our industries together.
